Heavily involved throughout each process, from initial due diligence to document creation, management meetings and through to confirmatory due diligence and closing. Areas of expertise include digital media, healthcare media, market research and publishing.

Recent transaction experience includes the sale of The Deal to TheStreet, Inc., Texas Pacific Group's (TPG) sale of MarketTools Research Solutions to MetrixLab, Conde Nast’s divestiture of its Fairchild Books division to Bloomsbury Publishing and the sale of Questia to Gale-Cengage Learning.
